• Analyzing customer needs and tailoring custom testing solutions.
  

• Acting as POC among the Germany vendor support, Czech Republic development, Brazil hardware design, Turkey GVS, development and system test teams,
  

• Attended more than 100 hours of telco meetings and represented System Test team in various presentations,
  

• Directed team of four for creating test automation solution for eight versions of HiPath Management software with 300 test cases.

Hired by NSN to work on customer requirement analysis of Service Assurance Module and to track the whole development process, issues and risks.

Our client Turk Telekom, is the national telecommunication company of Turkey and providing telecommunication services for 25 million customers. CC&B project of Turk Telekom, consisted of rebuilding whole customer care and billing infrastructure with Convergys, HP, MetaSolv, Oracle and SAP.

My duties in CC&B were;

• Eliciting and analyzing the customer requirements of Service Assurance module, and generating system and business process solutions,
  

• Working in the functional team of Service Assurance module and tracking the whole development process, issues and risks for NSN at the field of customer,
  

• Designing integration solutions with external and legacy systems,
  

• Directing and assisting the development support team of HP,
  

• Organizing regular meetings and establishing a common ground between customer and HP vendors during the development process.
  

• Giving support to whole project activities including testing, training and cut-over in order to be sure on the whole product quality.

During voluntary work period, preparing documentation and software testing were among my duties.

Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA) 05/2011 - Present
Course & Country Representative

As Course Representative, my main duties are identifying the issues affecting our studies and relate these back to EMA community through informal/formal meetings with the course board. Moreover actively seeking feedbacks from my colleagues and representing them at annual meetings are in my position description.

As Country Representative, trying to increase public awareness of Erasmus Mundus among students and companies in Turkey. In addition to acting as a point of contact for Turkish students, guiding them through the application process is one of other duties.

In addition to my duties, Mundusforum.net started by me as an individual effort for helping the community.
