In Siemens iSEC, we were more likely focused on business analysis, testing, quality management and providing enterprise solutions on large scale projects. Between 09/07 - 07/08, worked on data model analysis and reporting topics at Turk Telekom's CC&B project. Currently I'm working as System Test Engineer at HiPath project.

Hired by NSN from Siemens iSEC to work on customer requirement analysis of service module and to track the whole development process, issues and risks for NSN.

In my voluntarily working period, I've mainly focused on documentation, testing and quality management of produced software solutions. Some little projects like XML based content management system and browser image manager had also done by our team.

Worked voluntarily in the test team of upcoming RPG game "Sovereign Symphony" from Ceidot Game Studios. Since first stable release of "Sovereign Symphony"; reporting bugs, making recommendations and following software lifecycle were in the main duties of our test team.

HiPath 4000 System Tester: Working as a System Test Engineer at HiPath 4000 Management Applications,

My duties in HiPath project are;

• Ability to analyze customer needs and define, design, implement and test scenarios that fulfill customer needs.
  

• Performing unit tests, regression tests, automation tests, black box tests and performance tests.
  

• Measuring and reporting the quality of service in a VOIP environment when necessary.
  

Thousand of HiPath switches are currently used by sector leaders like Siemens, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Fortis Bank, Austria Telecom, Envia and many others.

Business Analyst, Nokia Siemens Networks - 07/2008 to 03/2009
Telco CC&B Service Assurance: Our client Turk Telekom, is the national telecommunication company of Turkey and providing telecommunication services (more than 20 services) for 25 million customers. CC&B project of Turk Telekom, consists of rebuilding whole customer care and billing infrastructure.

My duties in CC&B are;

• Working in the functional team of Service Management module and tracking the whole development process, issues and risks for NSN at the field of customer,
  

• Eliciting and analyzing the customer requirements of Service Management module, and generating system and business process solutions,
  

• Designing integration solutions with external and legacy systems,
  

• Giving support to whole project activities including testing, training and cut-over in order to be sure on the whole product quality.
  

It's stated that, CC&B at Turk Telekom is currently Europe's largest at IT market and according to latest financial declarations, its budget exceeds 60 million dollars. Many vendors from Finland, France, India, Turkey and US are sharing the common part of the service.

Software Engineer, Siemens iSEC - 09/2007 to 07/2008
Telco CC&B Reporting: As Siemens iSEC, we were handling the dynamic generation of technical reports related with telecommunication frameworks and applications. These frameworks include "Metasolv Objectel", "Metasolv Provisioning", "HP OpenView" and "Convergys Infinys" products. As reporting team, we had detailed knowledge of the business and data models of these products. Regarding our knowledge, we were also providing technical analysis for data models. I was responsible for Inventory (Metasolv Objectel), Provisioning (Metasolv Provisioning) and basic concepts of Rating & Billing (Convergys Infinys) products.

PBS: PBS is a large scale employee information knowledge base, made for Siemens iSEC. Moreover PBS has in site messaging and reporting abilities. Whole project is based on WAF framework and coded with Java completely by me. Currently PBS in on use and storing more than a hundred employees personal records.

Software Test Engineer, Siemens iSEC - 06/2007 to 09/2007
TeamBase: Teambase, which is a WAF oriented Java based Call Center application, is one of the core projects of Siemens PSE and Siemens iSEC. Customers in China, Austria, Singapore and Turkey are currently using TeamBase in their call centers. We were working as support team responsible for documentation, testing and automation.

Software Test Engineer, Siemens iSEC - 06/2007 to 09/2007
WAF: Web Application Framework is core of many projects in Siemens. It's a Java based framework containing essential needs of large scale, database oriented projects. Our teams duties were documentation and testing. Project has started five years ago and still improving.

Sound Automated Animation System (SAAS): SAAS was launched for the fourth year senior project with a team of four. SAAS was implemented in C++ and Ogre3D graphic engine. It's fully documented with UML and hardware designs. Our project, SAAS takes sound input from any source (microphone, audio file, instrument) and creates sound related 3D graphic animations like equalizers. SAAS can be modified to illustrate any graphic animations and also it can be used as a part of any graphic project. In SAAS, most of the 3D graphics are implemented by me.
